Sunday Spotlight - Lisa Oliver and the Cub and His Alpha (The Alpha and Omega Series, 7)

Welcome Lisa Oliver back to Sunday Spotlight. Today she's haring a bit from her bran new release, The Cub and His Alpha (The Alpha and Omega Series, 7)

Twenty-three year old bear shifter, Daniel Borden had his life crash around his ears at the tender age of fifteen when his parents were killed in a car accident. Struggling to control his shifts during puberty, Daniel left the foster care home he'd been placed in the day he turned eighteen. Thankfully, his parents left him well provided for and he was able to realize his dream—owning a safe place to call his own. Now an international best-selling author, Daniel hides behind his computer, convinced his life is fine just the way it is. Unfortunately, his only vice—a love of wild blueberries—changes his life in ways he'd only dreamed of.

Zeke McIntyre and Ty Hollifield are two Kodiak bear shifters who've spent ten years on the road, looking for their elusive third. Determined to allow the hand of fate to guide them, they end up in a "blink and you miss it" town all because of a white picket fence. Deciding to take the time to stretch their legs and let their long suffering bear forms free, Ty and Zeke spend their days wandering about in their fur in the nearby forest and loving on each other the way mated bears do. Until a brief hint of an alluring scent in the air, guides them to the one they've been looking for.

And you'd think, that would be the end of the story. But it isn't. The older Kodiaks arrival in Daniel's life brings out issues he'd never had to face head on before. Convinced by his mates to attend a writer's conference in Roswell, and unwilling to let his mates down, Daniel has to face the fears that kept him hidden in his lovely house. Will he ever learn to trust the safety that could be found in his lovers' arms, or will he be going home alone?

The Cub and his Alphas is an MMM standalone story that includes minimal violence and some coarse language. Intimate descriptions of the three men together are also included so this book is suitable for adults only. This is a low angst, complete, sweet bear story, although the epilogue suggests a sequel with a secondary character.

Approx 47,000 words (147 pages).

Excerpt

Daniel chuffed as he rubbed his furry back in the long grass, his face turned up to the afternoon sun. Berry bushes, berry bushes as far as the eye could see. Well, they were all Daniel could see, given he was splat dang in the middle of them. Heaven, heaven, heaven, he sung in his mind, reaching out with his long claws to snag the nearest branch. How fucking lucky am I, he wondered as he smashed a paw-load of blueberries in his mouth.

The run was a spontaneous thing. Daniel was, as a rule, a quiet young man who spent most of his days on the computer writing his latest novel. But today the lure of the sunshine, and a nagging feeling his latest book wasn’t going the way it was meant to, saw him taking the four mile drive to his local forest for a bit of a stretch. He had planned on fishing in his furry form, but his nose caught the whiff of ripened fruit and suddenly fish didn’t seem as appetizing to his long bear nose.

La, la, la. Daniel swiped more blueberries with his other paw, well aware his golden fur was being stained blue. Two paw lots, yeah. One lot in my mouth, two lots in my mouth and so much more for me to munch. He could feel the juices smushed under his nose and dribbling down his chin, but with the sound of the babbling creek he’d planned to fish tickling his ear, Daniel didn’t care. He could wash up before he trundled home. The birds were singing, the sun was hot on his fur and the berries were sweet.

Hang on a minute. Daniel tensed and twitched his ears. The birds had been singing, but they were silent now. Seconds later he heard the snap of a breaking twig and the thump of footsteps from a being far heavier than him reverberated up his spine.

Fuck, fuck, fuck, I should have known it was too good to be true. Daniel rolled onto his feet, his fur quivering. Blueberries did grow wild in his part of the world, but what were the chances the perfectly spaced bushes occurred naturally? He was poaching in someone else’s patch and as the thuds got closer, Daniel panicked. He didn’t know of any other bear shifters in the tiny town of Edendale, but that didn’t mean there weren’t any. He barely went out.

The bushes to his right rustled and Daniel didn’t stick around to find out who he’d pissed off. In bear terms, he was still a cub, only twenty three, and whoever was coming was bigger than him – which took some doing but was possible. Never get between a bear and his food. Why his mother’s sage piece of wisdom chose to flow through his mind now, Daniel didn’t stop to find out. Pushing through the bushes to his left, Daniel put on a burst of speed, running blindly back to where he’d left his car.

Hearing a growl behind him, Daniel risked a quick look over his shoulder. Two of them, double fuck. Daniel didn’t fight – ever. He liked to joke he was a lover not a fighter, but he was lacking lover experience as well. And if those two lumbering brutes behind him caught up with him, he’d never get a chance to make his dreams a reality.

Got to get to the car, got to get too… shit. Bursting through the tree line, Daniel could have slapped himself for his stupidity, except his paws were too busy trying to put more distance between himself and the bears chasing him. His brand new bright red Prius sat mocking him on the side of the road. Running towards it, Daniel risked another look back. The massive black bears were just coming through the last of the trees. I don’t have time to fucking shift.

With a lingering whimper as he ran around his car, Daniel took off down the road. His chest was heaving, and the pavement was scorching his paw pads, but Daniel couldn’t afford to stop. He’d come back for his car, his phone, his keys, his wallet and everything else he’d left in his ‘too-small-for-his-bear-form’ vehicle later – a lot later when hopefully the bears chasing him would be gone. I knew I should have bought a truck. It was going to be a long run home.

I just read HIS SURROGATE OMEGA now what the hell do I read next?

Also know as... Kelex has a ton of books and I have no idea where to start.

~~~~
Let me explain something first...
His Surrogate Omega is quite different than most of my other books. (So far)
Maybe I should've considered creating a new pen name for HSO...  but I decided that book isn't so far away from things I've already written.
I mean, I have a couple of MPREG series already, just not any Omegaverse.
And meh, why not just say, look -- I want to move in a new direction and spread my wings a little? (There might also be a touch of 'the lazy' in there, too. I mean, starting from scratch with a new pen name takes time, effort, and I'd much rather devote all that to writing books, ya know?)
I started out writing short MM erotica in December 2012. Most of my books published in 2013-2015 were focused on sex. BDSM, Dub Con, Submission, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Shifters, Contemporary, Historical -- you name it, I likely wrote it. In other words, if you're looking for romance-driven books, my early stuff is likely not going to be your thing.
If erotica is your thing, then be my guest.
Starting in mid 2015, I started writing my Bear Mountain series, which A LOT of people love (and I love that people love it, it makes me deliriously happy).
But, I'm going to warn you... the first book? I was still in my sex-driven, quick story mode... it's not quite the story I wished it was now that I have hindsight, but what in this world ever is?
Yet, there was something about the world I hinted at in that first book that made me come back to it.
And readers did, too. It blew up in this fantastic kind of way and I just kept diving back in. As the series evolved, the world grew, as did the characters.
My writing went from fun, sexcapades to falling in love and having families and a community of shifters who fought together and occasionally one another, but ultimately, they all pretty much wanted to have a safe space away from the human world, protected from those who wouldn't understand creatures like them.
Sure, there's still some hot sex scenes in there, too. But the focus shifted to storytelling.
The series is currently (as I write this) at 21 books -- with 22 on the way (There is a book 1.5 that fleshes out the original triad's story a bit more, so technically there's 22 books and 23 on the way.)
The Bear Mountain series and its spin-offs are almost entirely ménage. And they contain MPREG... not all characters are pregnant in each book, sometimes it might be a secondary character, but it happens in this world.
Project Zed is a spin-off of Bear Mountain and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you read at least through book 18 of Bear Mountain before reading Zed. I did the best I could to give updates at the beginning of each Zed book, in case a reader doesn't want to deal with 18 books in another series first, but to appreciate them fully, you need to know the world and the people involved. Yes, I know asking someone to invest in 18 other books is a lot, but the series really does grow and expand as you read, so...
Midnight, Mississippi is also a Bear Mountain spin-off, but it takes place in a different, magical city populated by shifters and vampires and witches and everything else that goes bump in the night. While the city is different, it is in the same world as the Bear Mountain series and some bears travel there on occasion. BUT... you do not need to have read the original series to read and enjoy the Midnight books.
My Sacrificed series is also heavily MPREG, though the first one is NOT.  None of them need to be read in ANY ORDER... as they're similar worlds with similar themes, but each story is different. Occasionally you might see a thread between them, but it's loose, at best. They're shorter reads, so if you only have a few hours, they're a fast, quick option.
Now here's the good news...
His Surrogate Omega is the first in a new series. I already have plans for books two and three, and potentially a fourth book in the series. It'll depend on the direction the next two take me.
AND... here's the bottom line.
I'm not going to lie, I started out writing what I thought the market wanted early in my career. But after a while, writing a bunch of loosely tied together sex got boring. I needed more and my books grew over the years, as I hopefully did as an author. Now I need more to keep me interested in writing a story.
His Surrogate Omega scared the hell out of me. I wasn't sure I was up to the task... I put it down several times and almost gave up at one point. I remember thinking -- this is just too damned hard. Eventually, I pushed through and I proved that I had it in me.
And if I can do it once, I can do it again. (Right? Dear gods I hope so... Avery is already screaming in my head.)
So, expect more books like this to come in the future. If you don't find something in my backlist that you love, just wait. I'll have something new for you soon and hopefully you'll enjoy :)
And for the fans of Bear Mountain and Midnight who've been with me all along... YES I will continue to write those stories, too. I still have every intention of getting to the Return to Bear Mountain series hopefully in 2019, too.
Lastly, for those of you who really dig my erotic stories, I DID make another pen name recently as many of you already know -- Xander Kane. Old habits die hard, so when the muse screams to write something quick and hot, that's the name I'll use from here on out.
Early New Release! HIS SURROGATE OMEGA: An MPREG Omegaverse Book
Omega Gray Tomlinson is positive he’ll remain unmated for the rest of his life. By his mid-thirties, he remains unclaimed and without prospects, and lives confined to the Omega Quadrant, where he’s sure he’ll end up dying alone.
When his older brother, Silver, and Silver’s alpha die in a tragic accident, Gray’s nephews come to live in his little sequestered world. Without an alpha, he knows he has little means to help support the boys. The only choice he can stomach is to offer his services as a surrogate.
The minute Gray meets Jamie, the infertile omega who so desperately wants a child, he senses a bond like none he’s ever felt before. It’s brotherly love at first sight, and Gray decides Jamie is the one, agreeing to carry his and his alpha, Rohan’s, child.
But when circumstances change, Gray is faced with new challenges, a new love interest, and a battle for the very life that grew inside him. And maybe there’s an alpha out there for him after all…
His gaze fell on Jamie’s bright smile. “You’re here!”
Jamie rushed over and spun Gray to face the man he was there to meet.
As soon as he set sight on Rohan, the air rushed from his lungs. The man was stunning… perfectly made in every way. Big and muscled as any alpha, he wore an expensive looking tailored suit that showed wide shoulders and a narrow waist. The alpha’s scent hit Gray… and he paused to inhale a little of it. Lust washed over him, his body rocked by need. He’d just gone through his heat the week before, so he didn’t understand the sensations running through him.
Some of Gray’s cream slickened his ass. Mortification filled him. There was also no missing the sudden clench to Rohan’s jaw.
The alpha had to scent him…
Dark eyes met his before that stare swept completely over him. Gray saw lust there in that gaze and had to remind himself it was all an instinctual reaction. An alpha scenting an available omega—that’s all it was.
And in that moment, he wished he’d injected some of Avery’s scent blocker. He hadn’t even thought about it… but then, why would he? He had little experience with alphas. His father, and a few friends who’d come over every so often when he was young—but once he’d gone into heat that first time, he’d been sequestered away. Even though Rohan had an omega all his own, it wouldn’t completely subdue the animal instinct within Rohan. Jamie and Tensen couldn’t scent him… only the alpha in the room would know.
Gray couldn’t look away from the alpha’s dark, fierce stare. His body shook with need…
And the desire to bow down then and there to be taken. He snagged his gaze away, shame filling him.
Jamie babbled on, seeming oblivious to what was happening. “I couldn’t wait for you two to meet… it feels like such a long time coming. So, without further ado—Rohan, this is Gray. Gray, my alpha, Rohan.”
He lifted his stare to Rohan’s once more. The alpha’s gaze was locked on him. Gray felt his skin tingling… butterflies spinning in his gut…
All for a man he couldn’t have…
A man he might carry a child for.
Gray clenched his own jaw thinking of his womb filled with Rohan’s child.
His womb clenched, too.
Monday Mancraving News
By now, most of you have heard about Tumblr, their new adult content policies, and the mass exodus of many adult content creators from the platform.
Why do I bring that up on Blogger?
Many of my Monday Mancraving posts were made using Tumblr gifs -- so I'm quite sure that many of them will disappear sometime after Dec 17th.
For safety reasons, I linked the gifs, versus saving them on my computer and uploading--and potentially getting something unsafe.
So... I'll have to reconsider my Monday Mancraving posts from here on out and likely will avoid gifs in the future. For those of you who liked them, I'm sorry, but unfortunately, I can't control Tumblr or it's policies. And I don't like the idea of saving them to my computer and opening it up to viruses.
I hate that we're losing the Tumblr of old. I loved the ability to explore, share, and often, find muses for my stories. I'm pissed at this change and Tumblr is being lazy with this decision.
**UPDATE**
I just went and took a look around -- there were a ton of broken links, so I went through and deleted as many as I could find. There might still be a few floating around. So, the library is much depleted now :(
Sunday Spotlight - Dani Gray and Tomorrow's Today
Welcome Dani Gray to Sunday Spotlight. She's here to share a bit of her recent release, Tomorrow's Today.
* * *
Adam Richards was a normal guy, out with some friends, and in a drunken dare wrote the rules for the Church of the People. After being attacked for being gay, his parents put him into cryogenic sleep until medicine could find a way to help him heal from the damage done to his body and brain.
Enath Rozokad was the commander of the demon warriors sent to protect the pod with the Supreme Leader in it. Unfortunately at the time of the rescue, the kidnappers detonated some explosives, including one on the pod.
When Adam woke up, in an unknown future as the religious leader, looking at all the different species in this Empire he suddenly found himself in, Adam didn’t know if he could live in tomorrow’s today.
Adam couldn’t take his gaze away from Enath. While the man was huge, and very purple, he was beautiful. Somehow Adam didn’t think he would like be told that.
“What happened after they set off the bomb?” Adam looked into the black eyes, so very different from any human’s eyes. There was no white to them, just pure black.
“Thankfully, we had planned anticipated them destroying your pod.” Enath said. “We had some medics with us and something we were able to transfer you into. We also had the medic pod work on you to make sure we could wake you. From what we understand, the church was afraid to wake you because they were concerned for your safety. Once you had been rescued from them, we sought their approval to treat and wake you. We were sure they would have attempted to either kill you or sabotage the pod, so we went in prepared for most any outcome.”
“How long did it take to get to me? Was I okay when you found me?” Adam was holding his breath, wanting to know what happened. Which he found odd, since it was about him.
“Well,” Enath continued, “once we got the debris moved out of the way, the alarms were going off, telling us that the temperature was rising in the pod. We waited until it was safe to open, then transferred you to our medical pod. While it was doing the repairs from the damage your body had from the beating, it was also making sure that you would be able to wake up in a safe manner.”
“How bad was the damage to my body from the beating? I don’t even know what happened to me?” Adam turned to look at Airden, hoping he could tell him what happened.
“Well, I was one of the healers who went on the rescue mission. What I found after we transferred you to the medical pod was that there were quite a few broken bones, as well as some major trauma to your brain. Thankfully, our pods are equipped to help repair the damage using nano robots. Once they are finished their job, they will leave the body.”
“You had robots in my body?” Adam didn’t know if he was happy with that or scared shitless. “Are you sure they are gone?”
“I am positive they are gone. Part of the programming of the pod is to confirm that they have all left the body. They are then purified for the next person who might need the pod. We try not to perform any type of surgery because of the increased risk in accidental damage to the body. Also, the chances of any type of infection are greatly reduced by using the robots and the medical pod. At the same time, the medical pod can stop any type of disease from spreading to a population that might not have a way to combat it. It prevents a civilization from being destroyed.”
“That is so cool!” Adam enthused. “That could have saved so many lives back on Earth.”
“It’s now a technology that we have shared with Earth’s medical personnel. We have also been showing them that using herbs instead of making a chemical medication is so much better for the body.” Airden was getting into lecture mode. “The body isn’t designed for chemicals. So, by using the nano robots and herbs, we can help someone who is hurt or ill much better than trying to poison the body with chemicals.”
“Wow,” Adam looked at Airden in awe. “That is so amazing.”
Adam grinned at the disgruntled sound that he heard from Enath.
“Don’t worry big guy, I think you’re pretty hot. I just find it fascinating that they are able to help people so much better these days.”
Adam was sure he was able to see a blush creeping up Enath’s face, but it was hard to tell.
Looking back at Airden, he quizzed him. “When can I get out of here? Where am I?”
Adam looked around, trying to see if there was a window he could look out of.
“Also, what date is it on Earth?”
Airden looked down at his device, that Adam personally thought looked like a tablet.
“Today is October thirty-first, two thousand, five hundred and ten.”
“Wow today is Halloween on Earth. It’s also my birthday, today I’m five hundred and twelve. Damn, I’ve aged better than some wines.”
He glanced at Enath when he gently squeezed his hand. “Would it bother you to know you are no longer on Earth?”
Adam sat back and thought about it for a moment. He always loved anything science fiction, movies, books, anything. He always wished he could see other planets.
Grinning at the other two men, Adam began to laugh.
“I love it!”
AUTHOR BIO
I’ve been an avid reader for as long as I can remember. I still remember one of the first books I read, it was the Bobbsey Twins. As I got older, I moved into more the interesting books, but some of the typo’s made me nuts! So, after contacting writers I started a career of where I began editing, beta reading and brainstorming. After being harassed for a couple of years by some of the writers, I gave in and have now begun to write.
I live in central Canada with my hubby of over 25 years, 4 kids, and 5 grandkids. We have a collection of pets, including our guard cat. I love nothing more than curling up with a good book, or my laptop to work on the next thing that catches the muse. I would love to hear from readers, you can find me at
Sunday Spotlight: Stormy Glenn and Hot Mess 7
Welcome Stormy Glenn back to Sunday Spotlight! She's here today to share a little about her upcoming release -- HOT MESS 7
Salvador
I'd become quite experienced at keeping my hot little mess out of trouble over the years, but when danger comes from an unknown source, keeping Lany safe might take more than a miracle. It'll take my entire SWAT team and every friend we have. Someone is out to get my love, and not even he knows who it is this time.
Lany
I wanted to roll my eyes. Sal freaked every time I stubbed a toe, let alone got shot at. You'd think the sexy SWAT commander would've grown used to it over the years. It wasn't like I planned this stuff. It just sort of happened. I just wished it happened a little less. This was getting embarrassing.
Story Excerpt
Salvador
"Dad."
I smiled every time I heard that word used by one of my kids. It had taken awhile for most of them to be comfortable with it, but nowadays, I heard it all the time. It filled me with a sense of pride and contentment every time.
Still, the tension in TJ's voice immediately sent me into panic mode. "How bad is it?"
"He slipped on the rug in the hallway coming in from playing out in the snow and hit his head on the stairs," TJ explained. "I called Dr. Jones like you taught me to and he's waiting at the hospital for us."
Damn.
"He needs to go to the hospital?"
"Marcus says he needs stitches, but that it's not life threatening."
My sigh was heavy. "I'm leaving now."
"Jamie is going to stay here and help Jenna with the younger kids. I'll ride to the hospital with Marcus and Lany."
TJ had really turned out to be a good kid. He was very responsible. As the oldest of all the children, he worked very hard to make sure everyone was okay and safe, especially Lany. He had a huge soft spot for Lany. Which made sense considering Lany had basically rescued him from a child slavery ring.
Sometimes I wished TJ would just be a kid, but he had lost some of his innocent ways after getting kidnapped by said child slavery ring and then forced to work in a drug lab. Some of the things that had happened to him were horrible to think about.
"Okay, I'll meet you at the emergency room."
"He didn't lose consciousness or anything and he's awake and answering all of Marcus's questions. There's just a lot of blood and a nasty gash in his forehead."
"Head wounds bleed a lot, TJ." I knew this for a fact. I'd experienced enough of them over the years. I was practically an expert.
Damn it.
"I'll be there soon, son." I stood even as I hung up the phone and slid it back into my pocket. "Clarke, I'm headed out," I called out as I headed out. "Lany is on his way to the hospital."
Clarke's head popped out of his office. "Do you need me to go with you?"
I shook my head. "TJ says it's just stitches, but I'll be off for the rest of the night. I have my phone. If you need me, call me."
"Will do, Boss."
I grabbed my jacket and headed out. I knew the team would be in good hands with Clarke in charge. The man had to take over for me more than once over the last several years. This was not Lany's first trip to the hospital.
My love was a hot mess. He got into more trouble than an entire drunken frat house let loose in a bordello. And if he didn't get into trouble, it came looking for him. I'd often told him he was a trouble magnet. Anyone who knew him readily agreed with me. Those who didn't changed their minds soon enough.
Lancaster Delvecchio was the love of my life, my reason for drawing every breath I took. He was also the catalyst for more migraine headaches than I cared to remember.
I tried to drive like a regular person as I headed for the hospital, but gave that up after two blocks of bumper to bumper traffic and turned on the lights and siren. Traffic was still pretty bad, but at least I wasn't having to drive up on the sidewalk.
The police commissioner frowned on that.
At the emergency room, I quickly pulled my SUV into the spot marked for law enforcement personnel and jumped out. I'm sure any regular person would have been amazed that I'd been to the emergency room so many times that I knew the security guard's first name.
I wasn't.
I waved as I walked past him.
I stopped briefly at the check in counter. "Afternoon, Dana," I said to the nurse behind the counter.
She smiled when she glanced up. "He's in room twelve, Sal."
"Thanks." The double security doors opened as I reached them. I walked through them and then made my way down the corridor and around the corner until I reached exam room twelve.
I'd been here before.
Can you tell?
When I stepped inside, my gaze instantly went to the man lying on the exam bed while a doctor carefully stitched the cut on his forehead together. His eyes were closed, but I could see the tight grip he had on the hem of his shirt, so I knew he was awake.
"Dad!"
"Hey, champ." I gave TJ a hug when the gangly teenager barreled into me. I knew TJ was really good at looking like he was holding it together, but I could also feel the kid's relief that he didn't have to be quite so strong anymore. I was there to take the burden off his shoulders.
I gave TJ an extra squeeze before digging a few dollars out of my pocket and handing them over. "Can you run down to the cafeteria and get Lany a Snickers Bar and an orange juice. His blood sugar is going to tank after this."
TJ nodded before running off.
I nodded to Marcus, who stood against the wall then turned my attention back to my husband. I walked to the side of the bed and took the hand Lany held out to me. My stomach rolled a bit as I watched the doctor thread the stitches through Lany's skin. No matter how many times I saw it, it still made me queasy.
"How bad is it, Skip?"
Dr. Seamore "Skip" Jones. He'd been treating Lany longer than I'd known either of them. He knew Lany's medical history inside and out. I was glad of that. If anyone knew how to treat Lany's frequent injuries it was Skip.
"Just five stitches, Sal," Skip replied. He smiled when he glanced up. "You might want to get the paperwork started now. I should be done here in a few minutes and then you can take Lany home. There's no reason to keep him as long as you follow the normal aftercare procedures."
I walked around to the far side of the bed then leaned down close to Lany's ears. "How are you, caro?"
"I feel stupid," Lany whispered back. His eyelids fluttered then opened, showing me his amber-green eyes, filled with pain. It was a sight I never liked to see. "You'd think I'd grow out of this crap at some point in my life. I'm the father of six kids for goodness sake."
I smiled as I brushed the light brown hair back from Lany's pale face. "You're a fantastic lesson to our kids in what not to do."
Lany's eyes rolled. "Gee, thanks."
I chuckled because how could I not? Lany was a constant delight.
Adult Excerpt
My breath caught in my throat when I reached the curve of Lany's ass and he pulled his leg up to his chest. My fingers slid right down between Lany's ass cheeks. I quickly moved my hand away from Lany's ass and back up to his chest. As much as I wanted to sink into his silky depths, I wanted my love mindless with passion first.
I cupped his jaw, tilting his head back. I swirled my tongue over Lany's sweet tasting skin. "Caro," I whispered softly as I leaned forward and claimed Lany's plush lips.
Lany groaned and leaned into the kiss.
Kissing Lany was just as good as licking his skin. Touching him was even better. The soft little moans of delight that fell from Lany's lips went right to my cock, making me harder than steel.
I felt as if I could fuck a brick wall.
I stroked his hand over Lany's smooth chest as I kissed him. My heart skipped a beat when I felt Lany's nipples pebble under the palms of my hand. I twirled my fingers around one nipple, stroking the sensitive flesh until Lany was shuddering in my arms.
"Do you like that, caro?" I asked as I tugged on a nipple with my fingers. Lany's only answer was a slow moan as he arched toward my fingers. I chuckled lightly and switched from one nipple to the other, giving it the same treatment. "I guess you do."
"Sal, prego," Lany cried out.
I leaned back until I could grab the bottle of lube off the nightstand then scooted down Lany's body. I so had to taste Lany's smooth skin. Flipping the covers back from Lany's body, I settled between his legs.
"Oh, caro," I whispered when I saw the silky smooth skin of Lany's groin. He had to have shaved sometime today because he was not that smooth last night. I know. I'd checked. "You are so perfect for me."
Lany almost came off the bed when I licked a line from his balls to the top of his groin. I grinned and pressed my hands against Lany's hips, holding him down to the bed as I continued to lick every bit of smooth skin I could reach.
My cock ached so much I was afraid it might break off if I nudged it even a little. Lany was perfect, accepting everything I had to give him and begging for more.
I was in heaven, and his name was Lany Delvecchio.
I poured some lube out on my fingers then pushed them between Lany's ass cheeks. The tightness of Lany's puckered opening made me shudder in anticipation. I couldn't wait to have that tightness wrapped around my cock.
I started brushing my fingers against Lany's hole, putting more pressure into my touch with each caress until they slipped inside. Lany groaned, stiffening. I eased up for a moment then leaned forward to swallow Lany's cock, sucking it down my throat.
Once Lany was distracted by the mouth on his cock, I started pushing my fingers into the man's ass again. This time, I met no resistance. Two fingers slid right in. It didn't take me more than a few moments of stretching Lany before I could get in a third finger and then a fourth.
I wasn't a small man.
Once Lany was stretched, I released the cock in my mouth to Lany's cries of dismay. I scooted up and knelt between Lany's thighs and lifted his ass in my hands. I gripped Lany's ass with my hands and thrust forward.
My body quaked as I sank into Lany's sweet body. I dropped my head back and just breathed once I was fully in. Heaven didn't even begin to describe what it felt like to be balls deep inside my Lany.
I raised Lany's legs into the air and hooked my arms under them. When I leaned forward over Lany's body and placed my hands on either side of his head, Lany's legs were parallel to his chest.
I flexed my hips and slowly withdrew my cock until on the head remained encased inside Lany's body, and then I slammed forward. Lany screamed as his head arched back into the pillow beneath him.
I did it again and again, moving faster and faster with each deep thrust. Only by gripping Lany's thighs did I keep him from shooting up to the top of the bed as I pounded into him.
I was getting close. I could feel my balls drawing up tight against my body. I knew I only had moments before I flew over the edge with abandon. I wanted Lany to go with me. I grabbed his cock and started stroking him to the speed of my thrusts.
"My Lany, my tesoro, la mia stella brillante," I whispered.
My orgasm grabbed me by the balls and dragged me over the edge at the speed of light. One moment I was wavering, savoring the exquisite feeling of being balls deep inside Lany. The next moment, I was roaring out my release as I filled Lany's ass with shot after shot of cum.
Lany's tight body tightened around my cock. Each little tremor rocked through me, prolonging my pleasure until I thought I was going to pass out. Ropes of pearly white cum shot out of his dick, splattering over the both of us.
I dropped down on top of Lany and tried to breath. You'd think after all these years, sex between us would grow mundane, but it got better each and every time.
When I was able to lift my head, I couldn't help but chuckle as I looked down. Lany was passed out cold, but he had a smile on his face. I leaned in and planted a small kiss on Lany's lips.
"My sweettesoro."
I carefully slid from Lany's body and rolled to the side of the bed. I quickly went to the bathroom and cleaned up then came back into the bedroom to clean up Lany. After chucking the washcloth back into the bathroom, I climbed into bed and pulled Lany into my arms then pulled the covers over both of us.
"Thank you, Lany," I whispered even though I knew Lany couldn't hear me. "Tu sei una stella... la mia stella."
December 2018 Writing Update
A writing update! I haven't done one of these in forever...
So... you want to know what's going on?
After October's scary month-long writer's block, we finally got to A Monster for Two Bears (Bear Mountain, 21) in November. And yes, it was my only release, but it was a HUGE book and I can only push the muse by so much. (I might be biased, but it was also a damned good book, too)
I'm still feeling a bit out of sorts this month, I will admit. I'm still not at 100%. Writing takes a lot out of a person and I've been publishing books left and right for nearly six years. I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted...
Anywho... what's coming?
HIS SURROGATE OMEGA is coming.
This is planned for release later in December (I hope -- if I can just get it all done! My editor is waiting semi-patiently and it's almost there...)
This will be the first book in my new non-shifter Omegaverse series.
I started this book months ago and had to sideline it when I realized I had the wrong MCs and needed to switch gears.
Don't worry, the other MCs I had been focusing on will be coming in book 2. It just wasn't time yet for their story.
Side note -- is that cover fucking gorgeous or what? Thanks to the wonderful Wander Aguiar, of course. His pictures are AMAZEBALLS.
This title will likely be the only one in December -- and just might end up being the longest book I've ever written.
I'd like to take off a little time to spend with family later in the month so I can recharge and get ready for a very busy 2019.
What? That's it? An update with one book?
Not exactly...
I'll give you a little peek into what's on deck so far in 2019
Bear Mountain Book 22 (title TBD)
This will be LJ and Chase's story hinted at the end of book 21
Fantasy Isle Series - 3 books written as Xander Kane
These will be reminiscent of the earlier erotica titles I used to write. The first will hopefully come in January/February
Midnight Mississippi Book 5 (title TBD)
No, I haven't forgotten about Midnight! I will be completing this series in 2019, hopefully -- as long as I can stay on track. I'm estimating 3-4 more books and it will come to an end.
Omegaverse Book 2
Dragons? IDK... maybe. A little bird has been chirping in my ear, begging for the final Earth Dragon book and more. I'm mulling, but no promises.
Feeling in the Christmas Mood?
If you're feeling the holiday spirit and want to dig into a sweet and sexy Christmas story -- don't forget my book His Christmas Wish!
Based on my all time favorite Christmas tale, it brings it into the 21st Century and gives it an LGBT twist.
When you’ve lost everything, it’s hard to open yourself to others.
Will has had a rough life. An orphan at a young age, he’s lost so much. He’s insulated himself from people, focused on finding his path out of the life he was forced to lead. Now in his last year of college, he meets a man who’s lost everything, too. The connection he feels is intense, their shared experiences bonding them instantly. Sid seems to feel it, too—yet the man keeps pulling away.
The holidays approach and the two young men try to navigate their feelings of loneliness and their attraction to one another.
A series of gifts shows them both just how deep the connection they have with one another is.
