Over the years, I've had a lot of questions asked about this world and I've done my best to post those questions since I doubt those who asked were the only ones with them.

But there are a few questions I've had that didn't fit into those guidelines above. Here are a few random questions I've been asked on more than one occasion.

Q: Did you really name a character James Jaymes on purpose?
A: Fuck yeah, I did. His Surrogate Omega was a really dark book. It needed little sprinkles of levity here and there not only for me, but for the readers. A few hawk-eyed folks caught them.
When you met Jamie, he was mated to Rohan Parker, and was Jamie Parker for all you knew. But since his brother was Wilder Jaymes... and if you put two and two together, you noticed.
I've since come up with the reason WHY he was named that (threaded it into the storyline after the fact) in book 3, but IDK if it will be mentioned in there yet. We shall see.
Q: Will there be more Omega Quadrant books?
A: Well, yeah. I'm almost done with 3 AND 3.5 as I type this up, and both will be coming this fall. Hopefully late August/early September for 3 and soon thereafter for 3.5 (eying Novemberish)
I currently have plans for books 4 and 5, and potentially 6. Will there be more than that? Maybe. It depends on the side characters I introduce in those books and if they start screaming in my head.
Q: Will there be other series within the Palatinate?
A: YES. I have ideas for at least two more provinces on the map I shared in the last FAQ.
