Guest Blogger: Alex Bowman and Losing His Religion

Alex Bowman is sharing a peek into his re-released title, Losing His Religion.  The story is the first novella in the Soul Collector's Trilogy.  And how freaking awesome is that cover?

Discarded most of his life, Jamie ran away from the orphanage soon after glimpsing his first demon. After time on the streets, he ended up in the seminary, researching ways to take down Hell beasts and spent his nights killing the things that go bump in the night.

Ios has watched, and protected, Jamie since the human was a teen, making sure the prophesied Soul Collector was kept safe. Ios knew Jamie would one day save the world, just as well as, he knew Jamie would never understand who and what Ios was.

Finally thrown in one another’s path, the two have to work together to bring down evil gunning for Jamie—all while fighting the need each has for one another.

“Where… am… I?”

Ios turned, jeans in hand. The male’s eyes were open, but his teeth chattered from cold. Another wave of Ios’ hand brought the roaring fire to life.

“You’re safe. Your wounds have already nearly healed.”

“How long... have I… been here?”

“Just a few moments. We just arrived.” Ios saw the male’s eyes dip lower, locking on Ios’ hard cock. The human’s eyes widened, but never returned upward. Even knowing he didn’t have time for such play, Ios couldn’t stop the lustful reaction his body felt. His cock thickened more, bobbing between his legs.

He needed to control himself. If he lost it and succumbed to the lust slowly building in him, he could shift. It was too soon for the Soul Collector to know what he was. He bit the inside of his lip and stepped into his jeans to stop the male from staring. No matter how much he wanted him to continue.

“The fire… how did you… do that?”

Dammit! Why did I do that? Time to change the subject. “Your chattering seems to be improving. Are you feeling warmer?”

“A little.”

An intense need to curl his body against the small male’s grew. He could definitely warm him, in more ways than one. Shaking his head, he dismissed the thought.

“Where are we?” Jamie’s stare never left Ios’ groin, the bulge there still demanding to be seen.
